it is situated in a great location right on the beach, very good for children,

the glass lifts, and the resturant tended to cater mostly for the international guest, the english food was very bland

Wonderful 4-star experience. Location: the hotel was next to the beach. The sea view was a bonus. Not far from playa de llevant and other sights in Santa Susanna.

The hotel's location was great, with lots to do within walking distance. the entertainment at the hotel was excellent and miles better than other 3-star hotels. - the hotel's proximity to the main road shops, arcade, beach, and local transport made it very convenient. - Being right near the Tuesday market was also a plus.

Hotel was nice good value for money. All staff where friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was ok. Entertainment was ok. Centrally located for beach and shops. Train to Barcelona was very good.

Didnt really not like anything. We had bad weather but that was no ones fault.

Spotless, wonderful rooms. Marvellous and unbeatable location on walking around there was far better 3 * with miles better entertainment, lovely pool: D

Location, The beach is just infront of the hotel (10 m) the promenade of Santa Susana/ Malgrat de Mar is just behind the hotel (50 m) Train station, 4-500 meters, ideal for one day trips to Barcelona, Girona, Figueres, etc...

The hotel needs a huge renovation, (old furnitures, holes on the sheets, mouldy bathroom,) not really substantial cleaning, In Hungary it will be maximum 3 stars, maximum!

The location is perfect, but the facilities are very poor. they don't have at least towels for poolside. the rooms are clean but the furniture and bedsheet are smelling horrible.

They must change the manager. he has a very bad attitude. the staff and their clients don't like to see him. he cannot manage a for star hotel. these hotel is a not more than 2 star hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is next to the beach and near shops. the beachfront view is the best advantage of this hotel. Based on the reviews, breakfast is a good option, with plenty of variety. Guests also have access to a fridge and TV, which is handy for some downtime in the room.

The hotel lacks in customer service, with rude bar staff reported in one review.

Location excellent- on the beach, near the railway station, near the promenade with bars where you can dance and have a good time.

The choise of food is rather poor campering with other 4 stars hotels in that reagion. However, there were some fish dish every day. But those who expect more seafood will be dissapointed- we spent here two weeks but haven't saw any shrimps.

The hotel is so close to the sea, exactly what we needed! The reception and restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good. Free wi-fi in the hotel that worked well. Our room was oh so good! It was a corner one, and apart from the bacony we had a big window with a beautiful sea view! The room itself was very spacious.

The hotel lifts drove us crazy! As my husband mentioned in a hotel questionnaire, they are slow and unpredictable. And we wish they started breakfast earlier as we almost didn't have time to eat when going to some excursions.

The hotel is right on the beach, but the big waves and undercurrent makes it difficult to swim.

The hotel needs restoration. Don't pay for all inclusive - the food isn't worth it - and there are lots of extras you'll be asked to pay for. Wi-Fi cost Euro 20/week. Safety box Euro 28/week At the beach you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas (Euro 3/each).

Nice hotel in a neat Spanish style building. Nice units with a glorious view over the sea. A lot of products for a rich breakfast. Location just off the beach, and the main road shops and and arcade open late so other things to do.
